As a result of Covid-19, there is a need to redefine and design the modern workplace to adapt to the growing needs of the users. Embracing a human-centric design approach to create a coworking club will not only addresses the unique challenges women face in corporate America, but also fosters an inclusive environment, ultimately leading to enhanced productivity, well-being, and empowerment. The project is primarily focused on women, but not exclusive.

The project aims to identify martialized employees in traditional office models, in order to design with consideration of customization, flexibility and inclusive human-centric design through the physical space. Exploring the evolution of the office and needs of the present and flexibility for the future .
